Who better to help than another CEO who understands the issues and has experienced the challenges?

Enterprise Center CEO Groups are confidential monthly breakfast meetings where business owners can share challenges and exchange ideas.  Peer groups are one of the most effective ways of solving problems and avoiding pitfalls that many businesses face.

The Enterprise Center has three CEO Groups---The Emerging CEO Group (less than 3 years),  the Established CEO Group (in business for over 3 years) and the Million Dollar CEO Group (over a million dollars in revenue yearly). Groups meet once per month at the Enterprise Center and are conducted with 7-12 peers of non-competing business owners. Meetings are facilitated by an experienced leader to help guide CEOs in their particular business needs. All members are required to sign a confidentiality agreement so that the discussions can be open.
  • Enterprise CEO Groups are offered only to business owners.
  • Participants are expected to make a serious commitment to attending the monthly morning meetings. 
  • All meetings will be held at the Enterprise Center and include breakfast.
  • All meetings will be facilitated by a business expert
  • The group commits to absolute confidentiality.  What is discussed inside the room is not discussed outside the room.
  • Once a group has formed (usually 2 months) the group is closed for the remainder of the year. 

 The goal is to build a climate of mutual trust and openness that enables all members to fully utilize the strengths of the group members.  All meetings are confidential.

 Process:

  • Each month all participants check in for five minutes each with any pressing problems or challenges—or triumphs.
  • Time for group discussion at the end of the check in period.
  • Each month one of the businesses makes a presentation of their business followed by feedback from the group including suggestions and referrals. This takes  1.5 to 2 hours.
  • Guest Speakers are invited to talk about particular issues at the request of the group.

Cost:

  • $350 per year, two installments—emerging group
  • $650 per year, two installments—established group
  • $850 per year, two installments—million dollar ceo group
