It’s the kind of problem any company would love to have…but with growth comes a distinct set of issues and challenges. The Enterprise Center is pleased to offer a completely new program beginning in September 2010 and designed specifically to help the owners and CEOs of growth companies meet those challenges and succeed.

Made possible in part by a grant from the Massachusetts Office of Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Managing Growth for Greater Success tackles growth issues with three powerful E’s: Education, Expert advice and the Exchange of ideas.
EDUCATION. Five workshops taught by growth experts will focus on such issues as growing your systems along with your sales, helping sales and marketing keep up the pace, and increasing profitability as well as revenues.
EXPERT ADVICE. Your own personal mentor will work with you one to two hours per month, PLUS master mentors will work intensively with small groups of companies in specific areas like strategic planning, marketing, and funding growth.
EXCHANGE OF IDEAS. A CEO Group for growth company owners will meet monthly, providing a safe environment to talk and seek advice from others who truly understand your issues.
